Our services in the Basic tariff

new member support

New members are very important for a club. It is crucial to be accessible and to answer questions from potential new members or to put them in touch with the right people. That is exactly what we will do for you so that your club can experience healthy and stable growth.

secretarial work

  • We answer the usual standard questions for you, either by phone or email. This leaves you free to focus on the development of your club.
  • We send your members invoices for membership fees by email or, if requested, by post.
  • Furthermore, we create and process, among other things, termination confirmations, invitations to general meetings, donation receipts and more.


Mitgliederverwaltung

We maintain and manage your membership list.

We take care of the following:

  • creation of new members
  • updating member data
  • Deletion of member data after leaving the club



Optional Services

accounting

  • Posting of all incoming and outgoing invoices
  • account reconciliation
  • reminders (in consultation with the board)
  • VAT return to the tax office
  • invoice creation


Telephone service

We offer your members and potential new members an easy-to-remember, free and exclusive telephone hotline. Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Friday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
You are welcome to publish the individual hotline number +49 7022 9045770xx) on your club website and let your members know. We will answer the phone using your club name.

E-Mail-Hosting 

In order to be able to answer inquiries that reach your club by email, we either need the access data for an email address of your club or you can rent one from us at a reasonable price. [YourClub]@geschaeftsstelle.club

sports facility management

Does your club have a bookable sports facility? No problem. We manage it for you.

  • We maintain subscriptions and individual bookings.
  • We will send the relevant invoices.
  • We update the prices of each hour.

We answer questions from interested parties via email and telephone.
